Oktoberfest 2006

San Miguel Oktoberfest na naman…

This year, we brought the boys to where the happening is (well, at least to one of them)… Tomas Morato.

A portion of the avenue was closed off, and two stages were set up: one for the bands, and one for the street dance presentation. We got to watch a teensy bit of both. For dinner, we ate at the sidewalk tables of Finio (a modern Filipino restaurant, where they have things like longganisa maki and such), while some band was playing. Unfortunately, the better bands will be performing later tonight pa, so we didn’t hear them play.

Luigi had his first taste of beer… he likes it daw, but won’t drink again until he’s 18… (I’m documenting this, so he has no excuse to start earlier hehehe). Miko has had his first taste last year, so tonight he just had brewed coffee, coz he was so sleepy na daw… and he insisted on paying for it with his own money 🙂 (Syempre, di ko naman pinaubos sa kanya yung isang cup.)
