A couple of nights ago, Luigi told me that he feels heavy. So now we’ve put him on a semi-diet: 1. less rice, especially in the evening2. wheat bread3. grilled/boiled/baked/steamed food (including hotdogs mwahaha)4. low fat milk for cereals5. no more sinangag for him at breakfast (FYI, he likes sinangag sa asin)6. start eating veggies7….
