Love, Naturally

It just amazes me, that’s why I’ll write about it. (No this is not about my lovelife – harhar.)

While Luigi was having a bath, I was telling him (for the umpteenth time) why he has to be really careful inside the bathroom. And what he said tugged at my heart, for the simple acceptance and confidence with which he said it:

“You don’t want anything to happen to me because you love me, right?”

I can’t imagine saying this in the same manner – yung talagang super factual and given lang talaga na ganun yun. No conceit, no questions, no malice, no anything but acceptance….Haay, to be confident in being loved!

And so, my dear Luigi, if you should happen to read this, my answer is, YES, FOREVER…
