Battle B-Daman

Such a funny name: BATTLE B-DAMAN… Ilang weeks na naming pinagtatawanan ni Dan. Sounds like a gibberish version of ‘That’ll be the day’…

Battle B-Daman is a new cartoon series in Cartoon Network, much like the style of Bey Blades and Crush Gear. This robot fires it’s B-daballs to their opponents. These B-daballs are actually simply jolens. So actually, it’s just a high tech, and expensive, way of playing jolens.

Dan and I chanced upon the newly released Bida toys in Toy Kingdom. We were without the kids (gonna watch Harry Potter yipee), so we were at a loss in choosing which robot to buy. He had to call the boys to subtly ask what their favorite Bida robots are without telling them that we’re buying… Subtly? E syempre malakas pangamoy nung dalawa, and so they waited up for us… E ang tagal pa naman ng movie!

When we got home, super (x10) excited ang dalawa! The joy on their faces: Priceless!

“Kuya, I want to B-dabattle you!”

“Okay. B-da Fire!”

And today they wanted to be fetched early because they’re excited to play. Himala…
